How do I schedule a cleaning appointment?

You can easily schedule a cleaning appointment by contacting us via phone, email, or through our online booking system on our website. Our friendly staff will assist you in selecting a convenient date and time for your cleaning.

How often should I schedule cleaning services?

The frequency of cleaning services depends on your specific needs and preferences. We offer flexible scheduling options, including weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, or one-time cleaning services. Our team can help you determine the ideal frequency based on the size of your space and cleaning requirements.

Do I need to provide any cleaning supplies or equipment?

No, you don't need to provide any cleaning supplies or equipment. Our professional cleaners come fully equipped with all the necessary cleaning materials and tools. However, if you have any preferred cleaning products or equipment for us we are happy to use those.

Do I need a Deep Clean?

We highly recommend a Deep Clean for first-time customers or customers who haven't had a professional clean in the last few months. You can find more information about our Deep Clean on our Services page, Or contact us with any questions.

 What is your cancellation policy?

At OTG Servies, we prioritize client satisfaction and value the relationships we build. While we don't enforce contracts to ensure your freedom, we do have a cancellation policy out of respect for our cleaners' schedules. If you need to cancel, kindly notify us at least 24 hours in advance. We understand unforeseen circumstances arise, and we only ask for a 50% fee to compensate our cleaners for their scheduled time. Our goal is your happiness, and we appreciate your understanding of our cancellation policy designed to maintain the quality and reliability of our services.

Do I need to be home during the cleaning?

No, you do not! It's completely your choice whether you would like to be home during your appointment. If you prefer, you can just leave a key and come back to a nice clean home.

Do you offer a Guarantee?

Customer satisfaction is our goal!  We value your feedback, the things you love as well as areas we can do better on. We stand behind our services. If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied we want the opportunity to make it right.
